DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

I've been going to this location for over 20 years and I had a free blizzard coupon to be redeemed however they didn't stamp the back which is not my fault. The owner refused to honor the coupon and said it's because the coupon could have been stolen literally implying I've stolen the coupon. Mind you I've be coming to location weekly and they all know me even the owners father as ive been coming since my teens. The service is horrible and insulting. Since my weekly service isn't valued by me and my friends and family I will no longer be coming back to this location. Horrible service. This is the manager George who was very rude. Avoid this location the staff and management are horrible

I order banana splits through the skip the dishes app tonight. The split is a nice size filled with vanilla soft serve fresh banana and 3 topping chocolate, pineapple and strawberry. The packaging is solid and a nice spacious lid so it travelled well.nnWe really enjoyed to the last spoonful! Wish they would add peanut buster parfait to the skip app.nnUpdatenToday we wanted a delicious treat so we decided to order the banana split again when OMG I see the peanut buster parfait! Well of course we got 2 and enjoyed that 3 layer fudge and peanut Sundae! Just so scrumptious and fully of peanuts, fudge sauce and vanilla soft serve.nnThe packaging was so great and it arrived perfectly.nThank you!

This is the only DQ I go to!nQuick service, friendly staff, a little inconsistent pricing wise sometimes I get charged for extra topping … sometimes I don’t.nLove their poutines and chicken strips!!nnOnly complaint is there is no accessibility push button at either door.nIt’s extremely difficult getting a stroller in and out of this location! A little annoying!nThey’ve added a little ramp over the years, but it’s no help!

I ordered a cake for my daughter's Sweet 16, and the bakery confirmed the pickup date as New Year's Day at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived at the bakery, no one was there. I tried calling three times, but no one answered. This was very dissapointing because i was counting on dq and obviously I had no back up plan. I was so lucky to find an open bakery and got a small cake which was very inconvenient for the occasion. If you do end up ordering a cake here I sugest that you call 2 days before.

I enjoyed my Chicken Tenders in smoked BAR-B-Q sauce and Bae enjoyed his Burger.nnFor a $30 budget, fries and beverage are included it came with lots of fries - see photos. We dined in and got free drink refills.nnOur order was ready in 5 minutes!
