DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

This place is ridiculous. I stop by here and there and multiple times I've seen her belittle her employees. I've also heard from two people who have worked there that at one point she had to test her panic buttons and when she did they did not work and she had said she hadn't checked them the entire 15 years she's owned the store. All of her employees look miserable when you're done ordering. I once watched a employee while I was eating with my daughter pick a MOUSE out of one of the to go boxes from the back, with gloves on, then try to keep them on while he prepared food. About a week ago was the last straw. I won't be back here

This Dairy Queen is well located near the IU of South Bend housing. Their service is always fast and friendly.

Food is always usually fresh and the people who work there are pretty polite!

Our order is wrong and or incomplete more often than not. Just talked to the manager "it happens" he said. Like not getting what you payed for doesn't matter. Definitely in need of new management.
