DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Last time I stopped there, they served me a mostly melted blizzard, then I had to wait at the counter for about 20 minutes to speak to anyone. Tonight, I took my order to go, so it's sitting in my freezer and hopefully I can have ice cream in an hour or two. If this goes 3 for 3, I'm liable to to just buy a blender and get a better product for 1/4 of the price.

I paid 2.79 for a blizzard that was half vanilla ice cream when I ordered a Reese's blizzard. I just think they should add more topping to make the whole blizzard the flavor it's supposed to be.

First time at this DQ, very disappointed in how they make the Vanilla Moo Latte, tasted like a vanilla shake, took it back to the counter and said it tastes like they forgot to put the coffee flavor in, she spoke with the person who made it, she said she did put the coffee flavoring in. I said that all the other DQs latte looks a l8ght brown color and you can taste the coffee flavor, she shrugged her shoulders at me and handed them back to me. I will never stop here again. I could have asked for the management, but I hate the conflict. If you want a vanilla shake, just order the Vanilla Moo Latte!! Latte does mean coffee flavor!

Needed a to stay and a to go order. Was messed up major and person that took order did not explain to anyone before she left

Can be very busy but they do a great job
