Doughbox Wood Fired Pizza & Pasta

The place looks appealing and warm at first; not quite the case once you sit in. Tried couple of their pastas, and a pizza. Average tasting overall. Pasta portions were small, and not much cheese on the pizza. We kinda expected more relative to the prices.Food: 3/5

Got ubereats so I can’t speak for the service but it didn’t take super long. Large is a good portion size for an adult. Chicken was a little sparse, sauce was kind of watery and needed salt. I may just have high standards for pasta because this didn’t really meet them ‍ I would like to try the pizza thoughFood: 3/5

Tonight we ordered from Dough Box for the first time. Unfortunately this was the worst experience - pizza arrived cold, Caesar salad had brown lettuce and to top it off when you follow the directions they speak about on their phone service you are not able to leave a message or contact them. Phoned at 816pm could not be answered calling twice. The good thing was the Uber driver was kind and on time service. Very disappointed. I love the food. Me and my partner got both vegan pizza with different topings. It was so delicious and I will be back. Only thing is a couple tables were dirty not clean and sticky so that should be improvised imo!Food: 5/5

EDIT: Sep 2023 This is my fifth time here, but most recently Doughbox accommodated a party of 20+ and they did an amazing job! All the pizzas came out perfectly cooked and fresh, and since it was hot they provided free cups for water, as well as extra utensils and plates for cake. Outstanding service from the team! 2021 review: Pizza is freshly made with very unique flavours that make me want to go back and try all of them! Tried the margarita, twisted club, and electric avenue. All delicious, crispy, and not too thin/thick. A little slow but it’s expected.

INCONSISTENT. GENUINELY DO NOT UNDERSTAND. Look at these two pictures. One of them is amazing and is the dough box that I fell in love with. The other is dried out greasy cheese with stale dough that I often receive on Uber. This has happened SEVERAL times to a point where I call the restaurant beforehand but that gets tiring real fast. Uber did refund me everytime my pizza tasted awful but I don’t want a refund. I WANT TO PAY AND REVIEVE WHAT I AM PAYING FOR. GOD U GUYS RLLY GIVE THE DEFECT PIZZAS RO UBER DONT U?

Good place to get the thin pizza. The atmosphere was good with good interior design and large space for dine-in. The food quality was good. But one pizza came with more toppings while the order was having very less toppings. The one with less toppings was the buffalo chicken pizza. Hardly can find the chicken on the pizza. Otherwise taste was so delicious. The staff and the service was fabulous. The pasta was not cooked properly.

We were happy with the service over all, but both the pizza and the pasta we had were very plain without a lot of flavour. The pizza had way too many big chunks of broccoli that were hard and undercooked. The thin crust was really good, but with hardly any sauce and way too many toppings for the thickness of the pizza, it wasn’t great. The pasta was a decent size serving, but again, not a lot of flavour.
