Doud's Market

The oldest market in America. It's such a neat little gem and carries soooooooo much. It's a great place for the island and should be a national treasure.

Nice little Market with a decent selection of prepared Sandwiches and foods if you are looking for a little impromptu Picnic... some Items are ridiculously priced but the vast majority of items was reasonably priced for the location. Grabbed a Sandwich and it was delicious. Definitely recommend if looking for some provisions while wandering the Island

Hey Folks! Ever want a behind the scenes peek at Doud's? This is where produce manager, Angela Strika, prepares your food.....that you put in your mouth! See the boxes of produce on the basement floor? Not in any way a health code violation! Everything at Doud's is super sanitary! Look at that prep table! Angela Strika, the produce manager at Doud's really understands the importance of cleanliness and organization when it comes to food preparation! Come on down to Doud's! They definitely don't have mice!

Very reasonably priced market on Mackinac island! Great prepared food selections too. Salads, sandwiches, pizza, soups, coffee ready made to buy and go eat as a picnic right across the street, on the grass of the fort. Always our 1st stop for an over night stay too for snacks and beverages for the room. Great beer and wine selection. If you forget to pack any needed essentials they have those too!

In search of fresh fruit and water. This place must be a revenue gold mine. A wide variety of food and supply for the tourist trap Mackinaw Island but really a $5 can of soup? Self checkout a plus the place is busy all day.
