We ordered a Masala Dosa and a Chettinad Spicy Masala Dosa for lunch. Both the dosas were amazing and very filling given their price. I personally would have preferred the tomato chutney over the chutneys served but the food was delicious nonetheless. However, I was surprised to see that there was no seating available at all and they do not have their own board to locating it is tough from the main road. Additionally, I found the sambar to be a bit more watery than other locations. The chutneys were also different and not the classic coconut and tomato chutney that other places serve. I believe that there is potential but one would need to come with a car here as take out would make the dosas soggy and ruin the experience.
Order wrongly delivered. Asked for ghee roast and got masala dosa. Vadas were uncooked. Worst dosa trial ever after maha’s kitchen. I wonder if I had option to give 0 stars. Waste of 50$ for total take out. Total disappointment. Went back to the shop to return vada and the old guy started arguing.didn’t even say sorry.
Amazing food. Quality, taste, packing. Only wish is to dine in and I was told they ll soon be doing that. I really love the food here. Amazing presentation. Amazing options for breakfast.
The most delicious dosa's I had in Waterloo!! A special thanks to the restaurant Head for the dosa's he prepared. He was friendly and offered the best service!! Hot delicious special dosa's, varieties of chutneys, sambar and desserts made my day. Thank you Food: 5/5
Masala Dosa was always one of my favorite dish but I really missed having it after coming to Canada. So one of my friend took me to Dosa Eatery Waterloo and we ordered the Chicken Masala Dosa and Jaipuri Paneer Masala Dosa. Both the Dosa’s were so delicious. Moreover, the Chef and the staffs working there were so polite towards us and it’s a clean environment to sit and have Dosa’s with your friends or family. Finally, we ordered two Kesar Mango and I would say it’s a must try item in Dosa Eatery Waterloo.
We were visiting Canada from USA, we went here for brunch and loved this place to eat. They don’t have typical dine in but you can eat outside on bench- we ordered maysoor masala dosa and utappam. And Badam Pista shake! Do not hesitate to visit this place! Customer service was also pleasant.
Always looking for a good South Indian restaurant. Found this one by chance. They don't really have a dine- in option. The portions were very good,the taste too. The servers were smiling and helpful. Our only grouse was the over use of plastic !! I guess since they largely cater to take outs... One suggestion: keep a dozen or so pieces of cutlery that patrons can use,along with the plates that you offer food in? Explore cutlery made from biodegradable materials? Met the owner,a very friendly person too. Hope to see more than the solitary table,for dine - ins Will definitely return to try the amazing milkshakes !!
The dosa was really good and people in the store were so nice in their service. Chutney and sambhar tasted perfect and dosas were yummy We loved it The store is in RAPIZZA
Last week, I had been craving some south Indian food since it's been a while since I've had it. Luckily to my surprise, I found Dosa Eatery was the perfect place to satisfy my cravings! As seen in its name Dosa eatery offers an assortment of different Dosa types and other south Indian dishes such as uthappam and vada. I ended up ordering their Masala Dosa and their Vada and boy did it remind me of my mum's cooking! Their masala dosa was crunchy, flavourful, yet somewhat tangy all at the same time! On the other hand, their plain vada was absolutely delicious too and was served with sambar, coconut chutney and two other chutneys. Overall the quality and taste of the food were quite good and their pricing is reasonable too, definitely give Dosa Eatery a shot if you've been looking to try out some South Indian food! I tried their paneer dosa and it was too yummmy and they got many other varieties of dosa as well which I’ll definitely try. Also, with dosa they are providing Sambar and 3 type of chutneys which was so good
