Love this branch! Each time I go in, they are always very friendly and helpful. Nicole is always going out of her way to assist with what I need. I am constantly raving about them to my co-workers and recommending they seek them out for financial services.

I love my Dort! I have been with them from the beginning. So yes there are busy times but on the norm is always polite, fast, friendly service. The no teller is for there protection and I understand that.

Customer service is terrible. Calls are not answered, wait time is ridiculous. Even inside the branch you may stand there for 15 minutes alone will employees ignore you.
