i want to take the time to appreciate the help and friendly service i have received by Billy, his knowledge and his sense of connoisseur of his products made me purchase something that suits my needs..took the time to explain the importance of having a nice mattress...see this is what i call service when you walk into a place and you feel good about the vibe the person working there transmits do i recommend this place for service? definitely!!! the only reason i give it 4 stars is because they recently came up with this $65 service fee for a guarantee they offer about replacing my mattress however what can i say its a covid marketing platform nowadays...
I bought a mattress and base Tempur-pedic and Billy took the time to help us choose the right type for us without rushing and gave us some great advice. Although we did experience some hurdles during delivery and warehouse issues, Billy went out of his way to help us in the after-sale support. He made sure we were completely satisfied and was with us all along the way. I highly recommend Billy and Dormez-vous Châteauguay.
Carole was our salesperson. She listened to our needs and concerns and was very informative. Also, the delivery of the new mattress and removal of the old one went exactly as promised. We are very pleased with our mattress and our experience at Dormez-Vous in Chateauguay.
In store was a great experience. Carol is very knowledgeable about the products and is excellent at answering any and all questions. The delivery crew did carry the mattress upstairs to the bedroom but didn't offer to unpack it. Given Covid situation that is understandable.
