I went to Domon to buy some electronics and first off the service was given by a wonderful gentleman named Jeffrey. Not only was the service astonishing and outstanding but he was very respectful and took the time to show me and explain to me the best units possible for my situation. As I was taking my time to choose and make decisions he did not rush me, which I admire. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
Sylvain was a spectacular salesman who explained the products of showroom with good enthusiasm and professionalism. Very likable and I would recommend him to friends and family.
Jeffrey fantastic Salesperson helped me pick out a new sofa today! Excellent service and so much patience lol.

Not happy,ordered fridge and stove in May,received stove quickly,today aug 3 rd finally received fridge 5 months later,was not informed to disconnect water when delivery guys came,they dropped fridge in living room ,said they not picking up old fridge..We called twice to ask info for delivery time nobody mentioned about disconnection,they say its on faded contract.Wife was home at the time,took me less than a minute to disconnect when I got in.Salesman tried to get guys to come back,to no avail.Wow thought we were being patient, but only to receive bad service.Hopefully this could be resolved properly, we have old sitting there,not good at all.
Sales person was great, no rush, everything was well explained, very happy with the sales dept.
Jeffery is very helpful and humorous he helped us with any problems we had and was very bilingual.
Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. I got a good deal on Hallowen.
Good quality stuff, good staff, jean michel dubé is very nice person
The experience with Jessica Toupin today was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She took her time to show me the different models and helped me find the best fit for my family. I highly recommend Domon Chateauguay and ask for Jessica
