Some of the best Caribbean food I have had in a long time. It's so hard to find food that is authentic like this in Charlotte Nc. So glad I made it gotten. If you have never tried it, you must. You will not be disappointed. I got the jerk chicken lunch special, beef patty and an order of oxtail for later. I had no microwave in my hotel and still ate the oxtail and rice cold, still delicious! When you can eat food cold and it still taste good, that's some good food!

Don’s Caribbean Jerk Restaurant Review date :02/03/2022 Hello foodies… I once more ordered from Don’s Caribbean Jerk Restaurant, this time Iordered takeout via Skip The Dishes. I wanted to get me some of that wonderful Caribbean food. So today, I opted for their Curry Chicken and white rice option, and I also ordered two patties as a side. I enjoyed their food the last time so I was hopeful this time around with a different menu item it would be just as delicious! Glad I did because it was! Food 5/5 the Jamaican style curry chicken was just delicious, super tender ,fall off the bone perfect ,the curry was well marinated deep into the chicken with lots of creamy curry gravy on the chicken and rice , as far as Caribbean style chicken curry this was made to perfection. Decent size portion with plenty of protein. The coleslaw another star of the show it came in a small container unfortunately, wish there was more of it, it was sweat tangy and just amazing. Absolutely compliments the spicy curry chicken perfectly. One of the best coleslaws I have had. Service 4/5 this is where they lost a point and I am once more giving this place an overall 4/5 again because they didn’t get my order right by not sending the beef patties with my order . Other than that food was great well packaged and arrived in decent time. But keep in mind there service and friendliness and customer service was spot on the first time I was there. Mistakes do happen after all we are all not perfect humans. I highly recommend this place for some great food and great customer service as a walk in customer. Their prices have to be one of the most reasonable as far as Caribbean jerk restaurants go…Stop in and support these guys they truly have some great tasting food you won’t be disappointed!

Pricepoint is good, loved the jerk chicken dinner and how they put the hot sauce on it. Really added more flavour to the chicken. Also ordered the fried chicken dinner and it was crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. 5/5 easy

Good jerk chicken in the area, the rice is flavourful as well. Sometimes they say the food will be ready in 15 but when you get there it takes another 15 mins. However, the food makes up for the wait Their hot sauce is really . Try at your own risk!

I asked for Large Jerk chicken with rice and they charged me $15 but this is not Large chicken portion. Hardly any chicken. I have take Jerk chicken at Air Canada canteen as well as Airport employee canteen. They used to spices. Rather this is sweet. Not coming back to place Sorry!Food: 2/5

Wow, amazing food! Everything was on point. Jerk was bbqd had a nice bbq jerk flavor. The goat, oh man tons of flavor. And the price? You can't beat it, 12 for a large jerk, 10 for bbq chicken and 12.50 for a goat. How can you go wrong? You must go!

Hey!! So I tried this restaurant for the first time. It smelt good! But .... Didn't wasn't what I was expecting when eating it. The chicken was over cooked where it was hard in alot of places that u need teeth of gold to chew. And 2 out of the 4 pcs of jerk chicken was 97% bone. The spice was definitely there the rice is dry, I had it with oxtail gravy. You pay extra for the oxtail gravy on Skipthedish. It honestly was not worth it as I said my rice was dry. It definitely lacks coconut milk in the rice and peas. They give a side which was a Mac salad. Very bland. Disappointing coming from a Jamaica spot. I wouldn't order that again I would have to order something else to know how they really are. But the meal I ordered today was a 4/10 for me. The pics I included i opened the to show u. Hardly any meat. I did get a lunch special 7.99 for jerk meal. Which was not bad. Thanks for reading. Like this and follow!!

Excellent service and food at Don's Caribbean Jerk. They are one of my favorite Jamaican restaurants in Brampton! The $5.99 jerk chicken lunch special is a great value, with a generous portion size. I'm looking forward to trying their Rasta Pasta next visit.

Amazing food! I wish I could add extra stars!! My family and I got takeout yesterday. We tried the oxtail, jerk chicken, curried goat and fried chicken with rice and peas and macaroni salad and my Jamaican husband said it was the best Jamaican food he has tried since he has been in Ontario. The presentation was clean and neat. Very kind wait safe! Please keep your quality and portions up and you have a family of customers for life. Compliments to the chef!

I usually liked the food for a few years now. As of recently it’s like the cook has changed or something is going on in the kitchen. The food does not taste like it used to. No flavor! Last ordered on January 7, 2022. I instantly felt sick to my stomach after eating my order stew chicken. The macaroni salad was just macaroni and mayonnaise. No vegetables. Overall very disappointed. This will be my last order.
