If I could give lower ratings, believe me, I would. I don't usually make reviews but made this one due to the poor customer care and service provided by this company as to alert others to stay away. They kept charging me rental fees on an empty propane tank that they refused to fill until a new propane stove was bought and when I spent good money on it and bought it they still refused to service us due to issues that their licensed inspectors are able to fix but refused to do! The licensed inspectors for this company are a joke and should have their licenses revoked as every time a new person that came in to service would give contrary information from the previous inspector. Every time we fixed the issues stated they would pull out more from there ass that the previous one did not mention. They were just a mess all around, there was no coordination and a lack of communication between the employees. Its been 3 years now and still no propane. Furthermore, I dont know what crawled up the butt of these employees and what someone couldve done to them to give them the right to treat their customers in such a disrespectful way but a good chunk of them are very rude, arrogant and cocky! We have asked them to take there propane tank and to leave us alone. Unacceptable for any gas provider. Very unsatisfied and would not recommend this company at all. I have decided to go with a better propane supplier but my advise to new customers is to stay away.

The owner Roy is great. Heather is the worst. But the customer service we were provided id give a zero if I could. Use Arthur’s for great service that treat you like family

When we first used Bryans it was for propane fuel after about 2-3 years we decided to switch propane suppliers. But continued to use them to service our rental furnace and home boiler. When our home boiler broke we immediately sought them out to install a new boiler and on demand water heater we had no reservations about purchasing our new boiler system/installation from Bryans. All was good for the first year...they continued to service both our new home boiler (which they installed) and the rental furnace. Year 2 we were told that because we don't purchase fuel from them they wouldn't provide service either units...the one THEY INSTALLED and the rental. As a result we had to find another company to service our hm and rental. THIS IS WHERE THINGS GOT MORE INTERESTING. It turns out the the new 7k boiler was incorrectly installed. Bryans didn't install service taps on the boiler so It was impossible to flush the boiler system. So when they charged us for our 1st service call...what did they do? We called them and advised them and asked them to fix THEIR ERROR and were told..."you don't buy propane from us so we're not going to fix it"

Bryan's Fuel has helped me learn a tonne of great ways to keep my home in tip top shape. As a new homeowner, this has been super helpful. 😀

I needed to move my Hot Water Tank. Friday i was told that If I moved it over the weekend that they could get a service person to me Monday to hook up the tank with 5 feet of flexible gas pipe. So I did that. Monday morning comes and they tell me it will be friday. I tell them that i was told Monday and that we have no hot water and she did not care. She said oh well next Friday is the best we can do. Will never use this company again.
