Don Panchos Bakery

Stopped in today with my husband and two year-old daughter and we all had a wonderful time looking through the cases and picking out whatever looked most delicious! The cheese and jalapeno stuffed roll was absolutely a highlight, but all of the sweets were great, too. We got a bag full of breakfast goodies for less than $10! We will definitely be back very soon.

I occasionally work down the road, and HAVE to stop in when I do! It is an excellent place! Very affordable, kind and welcoming people, great selection! I love their items with guava too - I don't think you can find many guava-filled items anywhere.

I ordered a cake las Friday for today at 430. My husband went to pick it up and it was not ready. When he asked them what happened they said it was never ordered. When my husband pulled out the receipt they proceeded to claim him saying he took the wrong receipt. They gave us that receipt! They then slapped together a cake and handed it to him. No apologies. No admiting fault nothing. I'm sorry but for a bakery that bakes the majority of their confections out of shortening and cheap ingredients it is to be expected. Never again.

LOVE the Tres Leches Cake! Keep ordering it again and again! Friendly service, and great delivery as well for events (after having it in traditional size pieces, we've now started ordering sheet sized cakes for office events!)

We ALWAYS stop at Son Pancho's when we are in St. Paul. There is not a decent Latin bakery in Rochester so we make the most of our trips up to the Cities. I have never had a pastry that I didn't like. The prices are very reasonable as well.
