Bravo Bakery

Their milk tea is pretty good, but I had a bad smoothie there. Tasted like chemicals. The cakes look amazing!!!!! Have not tried them yet, but hope to soon.

I have been an loyal customer for the past two years. I LOVE their cakes and even put them at top of list ABOVE Cafe Latte. However, most recent experience was LESS than desirable. I placed order for a cake 48 hours in advance. Picked it up at the allotted time (10:30 AM) and brought it to work for my BOSS! It was FROZEN!!! Seriously??? Did I tell you it was for my BOSS? I was humiliated to say the least! What's worse, is when we discovered this and let it set out...at 3:00 STILL FROZEN! I called to express my distress...and all she did was apologize.. I don't get it? You need 48 hours advance notice to pull it out of the freezer??? Spend the extra $ and go down the block to Cafe Latte!!

Walked in looking interested and NO one even said hello. The cakes did look yummy though. I left without making a purchase:(

The guy working there was really unusual. He made a tea, flipped it and it leaked. He then proceeded to stab the top with a handled spoon and dump it into another cup, but as he was pouring it, the lid only partially came off and the handled part touched the drink... He was also making self-depracating jokes while making the drinks and we felt too uncomfortable to ask him to remake the drink. Worst customer service I've experienced.

Love their fruit cakes.. so moist and soft.. always stop by if I get to nearby places..
