Don Juan

Not too bad. Got the fajitas today, the chicken and steak had no flavor. Chicken enchiladas and chimi, not bad. The beef for taco and burrito seemed overcooked. Service was good there and really no wait.

Very beautiful with friendly service. Quality of food was great and variety of Margaritas . Don't miss out . I was taking pictures for their new location 300 Madison ave behind Key bank in downtown Toledo business center. They will open soon serving awsom breakfast too . Definitely must try Eggs bacon avocado taco breakfast delicious. The food Pictures I'm posting if for new location however you can get the Margaritas at any location

Meh, authentic Tex me I guess. I was not thrilled with the food. Service was also decent, not good not great.

What a huge disappointment. I hardly ever write a review unless it is positive! But this seemed important. Our waiter looked like he just crawled out of bed and he certainly had no enthusiasm about waiting on us. Sadly our food came and on my side salad dish with rice, sour cream etc... there sat a black hair... I scooped it into a napkin and rolled it up and tried not to think about it and just ate off of my fajitas plate.....when I did mention the hair and asked to just remove that plate, he came back to the table and said,"the other waitress didn't see anything!" I said excuse me....I rolled it up in a napkin that I sent back with the plate...."he said, is that all....he did not apologize or ask if he could get a new plate etc...nothing...... So all in all we paid our bill and left... The food was mediocre and mostly the service was just horrible as if the costumers were a bother.. Sadly, this place will not see us again and unless they change their management and servers, they will just be another failed business at The Franklin Park Mall.

Food is good. There was a soccer tournament on TV and a lot of the servers were watching it With customers, so service wasn't the best the last time. Usually it is pretty good though and the food comes quickly

Atmosphere and decor was nice. Waitress very friendly and attentive. The food was awful and overpriced. Update 2022 food has improved, space is to small.

Love the selection of food from their menu. Our waiter was great. The only issue was that my plate of food came out lukewarm while my husbands was hot. Every one was very friendly!

The food was amazingly good and the service was great! It was quiet and very enjoyable. I'm definitely going to go there again.Food: 5/5

My wife and I went to Don Juan’s today for her birthday dinner. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! The portions were so big!!! We’ll definitely be going back again!

Thank you to the staff! We had an amazing meal. Our wait staff was attentive and personable. We will be coming back again and again.
