Domino's Pizza

I wish I could give it negative stars. Have had nothing but issues ordering from them and today was the last big one, it isn’t really even the employees, it’s the manager. She’s probably the most snobby person I’ve ever dealt with. I understand they get busy, but when you order pizza online for pick up, it tells you a half hour to 45 minutes and it’s ready, so you go to the store to get your food and another 45 minutes later now 1.5 hrs since I initially ordered and I call the store to ask them, the manager got on and said she didn’t care what the email says and it’ll be another 45 minutes. So I responded “you’re telling me that my email said 30-45 minutes and now that it’s been an hour and a half and you’re telling me it’ll be another 45 minutes?” She said “thsts exactly what I’m telling you and if I don’t like it she can cancel the order because she doesn’t want to talk on the phone or deal with it”. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. But by golly 2 hours later I finally get my pizzas.

I had not been in a domino's in years so I ordered a pizza . They got the ordered mixed upped but I caught it . I ordered extra cheese on it but they forgot it! That's OK I will try again to see how they do. I am not picky. The store was neat clean and friendly what more could you ask for? The store was busy and ordered my pizza online, I seem to see more mistakes on the places I go with online orders! But I will be back again

I ordered delivery at my new home Kesha was our delivery driver And she was phenomenal. Very nice and kind. My husband wasn't home so she offered to come in and put the food down for me since my baby was sleeping in my arms. So very kind of her. At our old home we would have downtown Domino's deliver to us. The food was always terrible and not warm. I'm so very glad that we are able to be delivered by The orchards Domino's now. 10 out of 10 recommend

They use nothing but the best ingredients and always fresh, some of the best quality control anywhere around.

Their service is great. Very friendly, happy people doing the car side service. The food tends to be drastically overcooked. Like I lose half my food because it's so burnt you can't chew it. I love crunchy cheese but this is burnt black charcoal cheese. The parts I can pick through are really good. I just keep hoping that they will figure out that they are cooking things way too hot for way too long.
