Ordered on the app and received my order quick. Pasta was amazing and the new stuffed cheesy bread was perfect! Frannie I believe was the name of the staff doing the order and she was quick, professional and very welcoming!
This is the 1st time I've been to Domino's in 10 years, where I came from it was one of the only options. I am pretty impressed with this one here! Good service and the pizza and cheesey sticks were great.
Dominos pizza always tastes just fine, the reason I 1 star it is the customer service ... I ordered a couple days ago and my spinach feta bread didn't come I immediately called and was suppose to "get a call back" after they ask the driver what Happened .... still waiting for that call days later .
Domino's absolutely slaps never fails to uphold the awe-inspiring incredible quality of their pizza.
Our pizza was raw, inedible and had to be returned for refund. Employee was standing around outside of the store on his phone and then goes inside to box orders. I can pretty much guarantee he did not wash his hands prior to handling any food whatsoever. Order placed at 3:43, order was ready for pick up at 3:58. Meaning the pizza wasn’t even in the oven long enough at all. Definitely will not return here. Do better St Albert Dominos
I arrived to collect my web order pizzas with a reward coupon. The coupon apparently was not for the Canadian side of Domino's. The staff honored the coupon and was very accommodating. As for the pizza, we had the donair and the 6 cheese. The donair was the better pick. Had a good experience would go again.
This is a horrible location. We order Domino’s all the time in other cities but every time we order from this location it’s a horrible experience. Ordered 3 times, EVERY TIME pizza arrives a minimum 1 hour after quoted arrival time. Every time I call I’m told drivers are lost or they are too busy. Waited over 2 hours last time, was told pizza would be free and I’d get a credit, neither happened. There are so many great pizza places in St Albert, don’t ever order from this location.
We ordered pizza tonight at 6:23. It arrived at 8:13. When the store was contacted regarding the delay in service, there was barely an apology and I was told all orders are backed up this evening as a justification. Perhaps notifying customers of the delay would have been appropriate or offering a discount coupon for next time would have been better than the lame excuse that everyone else also has to wait too. However, now there will not be a next time anyways.
Place is nice and open and much cleaner than other pizza places in the area. App worked very well at giving us an eta and the process inside was seamless. 5 stars for service. 4 stars for pizza.
Ordered 10 pizzas for an event. It came am hour early and we had no way of keeping the pizza warm. The manager didn't take responsibility and offered no solutions for a problem they created. Good thing I didn't put a single cent in their pockets. To the lady who spoke to us on the phone: good manners and customer service can go a long way.
