I ordered a pizza from here in February while in town using one of my free reward pizzas. When my order finally arrived it was wrong so I called the store to let them know. She tried to argue with me and became defensive saying it is right and it's "double cheese" I told her my order says right on it "triple cheese" she then offered a free lava cake to which I declined and said I don't want a lava cake, I didn't order a lava cake. She tried to say there was nothing she would do then and I said she can refund me for my pizza as it's not what I ordered. She told me they would remake it and I declined as I had already waited over an hour when it said the wait was going to be 20 minutes and I had to be up early for work and couldn't wait that long again as I would only be getting 6 hours of sleep and just want my pizza to be refunded. She then sent her delivery driver to my place to refund the delivery charge I paid and I was sure to ask that my pizza was going to be credited to my account to which she said yes. Now I looked and saw that it wasn't credited almost a month later so I called back again and she again became defensive and said they can't credit it back so too bad. I told her I would call head office and she said to hang on and put the phone down for over 10 minutes while she talked to someone else in the restaurant then came back and said she called head office but they won't credit it back so too bad. When I told her I heard her talking to the other person there and not on the phone she again became mad and defensive. I have now contacted head office myself to let them know about this, honestly just avoid this place all together unless you want a headache. Worst customer service in the world and incompetence.

It's fast pizza. Seriously I can't five star it. It's decent hot and quick.

Like all dominos the pizza can be a hit and miss. However ordering from this location a few days ago the pizza tasted fresh and amazing!!!!!! Definitely meeted my expectations
