Boston Pizza

SO, I had been going here 3-5 times a week for a couple of months ordering take out. One day I get home and my med-rare steak is cooked past well done, no pink at all and dried out. I didn’t ask for a refund or free stuff, or say a word on social media. I privately told them they burnt my steak and let it go. The next time I go in there for wing night, the server tells me she is increasing the price of a half order of fries from the 3.50 I had been paying to 6$ and a full order was 12$. The menu says 7 something. I interpret this as spiteful, disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour because I had provided them private feedback that they had screwed up an order, badly. I also interpret this as entitled attitude from an entitled person. I’ll never spend another penny in this restaurant.

I ordered delivery and twice in a row had issues. The first time, they forgot an entire pizza. So had to go back to the restaurant to get it. The second time, they delivered it to the wrong address from the first order, but email confirmation had new address. Neither time was I offered any sort of compensation. Food was good and the driver was friendly, but they aren’t very coordinated in my experience.

My young daughter and I stopped in for a quick lunch today and Laura provided excellent service! We didn't have much time and she was very accommodating to our schedule! Amber was also helpful when we almost forgot my daughters beloved Pikachu Plush toy. We love our mommy daughter lunch dates at BP's. Great job everyone! :

Waitress served our drinks with a bug in it, after returning the drinks we asked for lemons which were served to us in her hand and put directly on our plate. It was damn gross

I found my food bland and tasteless. The waitress was very good though and its a nice place overall
