The staff are friendly, helpful & understanding. The room with kitchenette was lovely & clean. Having a Continental Breakfast prepared promptly at 5am is great, especially for guests whom are staying for work related purposes. HOWEVER, having a dog in the next room whimpering & barking while a person is trying to sleep or rest is NOT enjoyable whatsoever! As other Hotels world-wide, Home Away should designate ONLY 1 portion of ONLY 1 floor specifically for guests with Pets. Not doing so, can result in discontentment of other guests & potentially health related issues if a guest has allergies etc!

Nicer than I thought it was going to be, bed was really firm but staff where really nice

The room was clean and nicely updated. We love that the floors were laminate and not carpet since we travel with our dogs. Love having a balcony. The owner and staff are really friendly. Will definitely stay here whenever we are in Drayton 😃

So far so good.... Clean rooms... Bbq for anyone to use... Floor to floor though is pretty loud... But quite at bight
