Customer service is a very 'hit or miss' experience at this store.n*With the exceptions of a few caring employees that they have who have been there over a year An older white female with short gray hair, a youngish male of colour who seems quiet and shy, and a youngish white female who is usually cheerful, are 3 of 4 or 5 who are actually nice and attentive to the customers.*nnTonight a younger white male came across as rude, and seemed to have an attitude when asked to help at the register and throughout the whole interaction; and it seems he should be retrained customer service.nnUnfortunately it seems more often than not that a customer is expected to use the self checkout machines. And if you ask to go through the register, depending on who's working, some will respond kindly or some will not respond in a kind way to the request.
I always find a lot of product here that other stores don’t have I am always happy with the service that is provided as they have self checkouts making it easier to come and go quickly. The store is well organized and easy to walk thru we are always walking out with a new purchase.
Phenomenal built in COVID-19 experience. The layout is well thought out, but messy. Stock is extensive, though often nonsensical.nnThe tidiness could use an upgrade; I noticed lots of merchandise on the floor of aisles or dropped in different places and not replaced.nnI was disappointed by the lack of basic, non embellished hair clips, and instead had to purchase these at the Shoppers next door.
Dollarama is convinient but not always quality. I figured for a nicer area their standards would be higher. I was wrong. I am a chocolate lover and am disappointed to discover this. Ewe! This is not the first time with most dallarama's quality generally sucks. At least make sure the food is good please
Great store always have the shelves stocked and is always clean. I shop here a few times a month regularly and it's always great with polite customer service.
