So...I went in tonight shopping to the tune on $130 for a camping trip. From the moment I walked in I was followed around by three people thinking I was shoplifting. One in a security shirt, one undercover loss prevention, and a regular staff member. The undercover LP needs to work on his skills, he was ridiculously obvious. It was really noticeable that he was following me around. At first I thought HE was stealing. Then he'd cruise whatever aisle I was in, pick up an item and I noticed he didn't have the previous item, always followed by the uniformed security passing and staring at me. This happened several times before I confronted the undercover and told him to stop following me and that I was extremely uncomfortable. I understand the need for their service but if its blatantly obvious to me what they are doing, than a seasoned thief, who is probably smarter than me, will definitely know. The effectiveness of these employees make me wonder what they're getting paid for. In all actuality, they are hurting the business more than the shoplifters as I will certainly not be shopping there ever again nor anyone else that is being stalked to the point of being uncomfortable. I Karened the manager on my way out and he just stared at me and said nothing. I'd just like to know what I did that prompted them to follow me from the second I walked in the door.
Store is very well stocked. Seems to be missing what other stores have. Could not find coffee, normal sugar or chicken flavour for the 2 for $1.25 soups. Was all beef.

Talk about gatekeepers the entrance. It's sad when a business has to vouch every person walking through the door because of an overabundance of theft. Dollarama is an out of touch place quite frankly.nNot bike or scooter friendly, which is a big thing for me as well.nI will enjoy your replacement.
****wish to give them a ZERO STAR****nI bought a phone holder for my car. That was not in acceptable quality. Staff Josphiene denied replacing it just by explaining that there is no exchange or return policy. She should be trained enough to understand that bad product quality isn't a customer's issue, but it ended up in a heated argument with her then.nFinally, I left the store after throwing it into the garbage bin.nPlease don't buy until u are damn sure about what you are getting against your dollars......
