Horrible attitude, zero common sense, demand that I leave $5000 of my personal property gaming laptop and phone in laptop case but refuse to accept responsibility for it, so demand I leave it where anyone can grab it while walking out of the store and it isn't their concern and they wouldn't even pay attention while customer property was stolen. Then when questioned about the logic in their store policy which according to them supersedes actual laws made by the government they instantly threaten to assault me repeatedly. Btw, both security and loss prevention at other businesses have all explained that type of policy and have clarified that they can ask you to leave property at the front but the customer has every right to refuse and the store CAN NOT refuse you service or kick you out for saying no due to the fact they assume no responsibility or liability for your property if it does get stolen
Someone named Kiran was too rude at Checkout & didn't honour the price tag. It was $2.75 & she was trying to charge $4.50. I showed her the picture of the price tag & she asked someone to secretly remove it. Finally refused to price match. Such a cheap move! Shame on such employees
Such a cozy little spot with the sweetest staff and amazing coffee. Everything felt welcoming and comforting. I’ll definitely be back soon.
Be ready what if you are after work in construction, and look dirty , security just gonna follow you all the time in a store .nAll the time a lot of homeless near entry .n2 star because they always have a free parking space.
Never shopping here again after being harrassed by the security guard racist behavior all because i had a little bit of acne and happen to be native, i shop here all the time and paid every time. Never in my days have been treated like a homeless person it's unethical and unprofessional, as a former dollarama employee even this is ridiculous behavior. this security guard need to think twice before judging a character.nNever shop here if you are ready to be harassed by staff judgmental looks and racist security guard towering your every turn.
