I was initially impressed by how good this Dollarama looked from the outside. However, my experience changed once I entered. I was carrying a couple of bags, one of which was quite full, and as soon as I walked in, a security guard stopped me and insisted on holding onto my stuffed bag “to keep it safe” while I shopped. I felt uncomfortable with this policy and told him I was offended, then decided to leave.nnUnfortunately, the entrance is one-way, so I had to walk through the checkout line to exit, which was a bit embarrassing. It’s a shame, because the store looked well-stocked and clean, but I wasn’t comfortable leaving my belongings at the front. If this is standard practice, I think the security approach could use improvement.
Big location , double square feet versus other locations
I just wanted to acknowledge the exceptional service I witnessed at Dollarama today, January 22nd at 1:55 pm. The Indian lady working at the checkout was impressively handling three cash registers simultaneously - a task that would typically require three people! Her efficiency and dedication were truly remarkable, keeping the lines moving swiftly. Kudos to her for a job well done!
In this Dollarama we get everything for house hold cleaning gels and utensils and chocolate and toys , every nice place and very cheap prices with good quality and quantity and the indian staff over billing is very nice and humble
Nothing a dollar here anymore change your name honestly biggest joke of 2025. Also none of ur employees are competent. Customer service is gone & one person usually on cash is laughable no longer shopping this trash store up your taste people tacky junk …
