Good locations, has more variety than smaller locations, unfortunately sometimes stuff sells out and you won’t find what you’re looking for.nIt’s the nearest location to my house but I do go to different locations sometimes they will be on my way.nStaff is friendly, I don’t like the fact that most of the time they only offer self checkout.nParking is big enough too.
I’m very upset !!!! I went to purchase J cloth.. I asked and this is my third time going just for that!! One lady said “ what is that “ I’m like you don’t know ??? And again they didn’t have it.. I’ve been getting them and I don’t get why they stopped having them.. What I don’t get is when I asked the associates didn’t know what I was talking about!!! I had to explain what a J cloth is and what it’s for ‍‍‍‍‍
I went to this dollar store today to get one quick thing. I was with my 2 year old son, and I do not look like a student from any angle. This store has a policy of limiting high school students entering all at the same time. But I was also told to wait outside today behind 15 other students. When I asked why the security guard said it’s a new store policy by the manager. They literally just started this today. I was there yesterday and there was no such policy going on then. I asked to speak to the manager since I found this policy absolutely ridiculous but he didn’t want to call the manager for me. There was a really old woman outside waiting for her turn and another woman also standing behind me. I was appalled and fuming to the point where I just decided to forcefully go in with out waiting for my “turn”. The poor guard couldn’t do anything because he has no authority and no say when a paying customer wants to go into a store during regular store hours to make a purchase. I don’t know if the head office is aware of this ridiculous policy or not but this needs to be removed yesterday. It is terrible customer experience. I won’t be going to this place again until the manager has some sense knocked into him.
Hi I am currently waiting outside a long line outside the store when their is very few people in their. Their is many people and students are late for school when their is nobody in this school. What is the point of making a line outside a store that moves very slowly. I just want to buy some quick supplies but all this for what? One star and if u guys don’t fix this unnecessary line up im getting the whole school to write 1 star reviews.
Went there on 40 minute lunch break to get classroom supplies. Was told that there were only 20 people allowed in the store by the manager. Was told to wait in line with approximately 25 high school students. Doors were locked.nThis is in acceptable.nI don't have time to wait and spend my lunch in a line at a dollar store.nBeyond frustrated at this location.
