This location of dollarama has the ample choice of various products for household, kitchen and kids such as toys and other stuff. I went there last evening with family to have some stuff. There were great rush in the store at that time and the employees were less as of customer requirements. There was lineup for the payment of the bought stuff. Parking facility is available but at this location I have seen some vagrants who come and fill their bags and go. Store and government should do something in this regard. Rest my experience was pleasant.
Visited right before closing yesterday and had a really disappointing experience. The worker on duty was extremely rude constantly walking around telling everyone how many minutes were left before closing, instead of just using the intercom like most places do. I understand wanting to go home on time, but it created an uncomfortable atmosphere.nnWorse yet, while the employee was sooo busy pushing people out, I literally watched someone walk out with a ton of stolen items. I have a picture, and you can clearly see their jacket is stuffed full. The whole situation felt careless and unprofessional. Prioritizing customer service and store security especially during closing should be a basic expectation.
Yesterday, I bought a glass lunch box for my friend because she no longer needed it. Today, I went to return it, and it was still brand new and fully packaged. But the staff at this store just won't give refunds! It feels terrible!
Walked into this location Dollarama and witness this manager giving a worker a hard time and seemed to be racially profile people for stealing. And asked the worker to do the same and not let certain people in. I understand that the store might have an issue with people stealing, but if that's the case then higher a security guard. Don't be raising your voice at a worker infront of so many people at the front door and being disrespectful, to not only the worker but to ask the worker to start racially profiling people as they walk in.
Where else can you find quality products for $1.25 or less? Dollarama has everything I need at prices I love! It's my one-stop shop for household essentials and more. Shop smart, not hard!
