This location of dollarama has the ample choice of various products for household, kitchen and kids such as toys and other stuff. I went there last evening with family to have some stuff. There were great rush in the store at that time and the employees were less as of customer requirements. There was lineup for the payment of the bought stuff. Parking facility is available but at this location I have seen some vagrants who come and fill their bags and go. Store and government should do something in this regard. Rest my experience was pleasant.
Visited right before closing yesterday and had a really disappointing experience. The worker on duty was extremely rude constantly walking around telling everyone how many minutes were left before closing, instead of just using the intercom like most places do. I understand wanting to go home on time, but it created an uncomfortable atmosphere.nnWorse yet, while the employee was sooo busy pushing people out, I literally watched someone walk out with a ton of stolen items. I have a picture, and you can clearly see their jacket is stuffed full. The whole situation felt careless and unprofessional. Prioritizing customer service and store security especially during closing should be a basic expectation.
I went in looking a specific item and the lady behind the till was more than helpful and patient with helping me she was amazing and polite definitely welcoming would go back and tell others about this store
Give the filipino lady, who works in the morning, a huge raise. All the workers are nice, though this lady goes above and beyond. She is truly one of a kind and deserves appreciation.
Always happy when i see the filipino woman working cashier. Most efficient worker I've ever seen
