Dollar Tree is a big store where you can get almost any home product you can think of. And guess what..? They are amazingly affordable! I bought a good number of items there at C$1.50 each, and I love them. The shelves are stocked with varieties and are well sectioned. Although they're quite understaffed as there aren't enough store attendants to attend to your inquiries.
Poor customer service! The employee was a lady and being a racist toward my daughter and me. We’re kind First Nation people that came into the store and wanted to get a few things. She got a toy and put it into my cart, and started getting mad at us because other customers let there kids run around and misplace items onto different shelves. I got mad right back at her and took my cart to the front and asked for the manager. They hid the manager saying they’re gone for the night! They should have name tags so I can write a formal complaint on there employee. They hid there name. Whoever owns that store has a lot to step up with their employee, customer service. Being watched, stereo typed and having racial slurs towards me and my family is unacceptable! Best believe I’ll be back to find that manager to have my complain heard about their employee and have disciplinary action done to the employee. This is a bad location for any shopping for great items.
Pocket friendly place and ample choice of craft and stationary stuff for kids. You can find huge variety of stuff on reasonable price. All the things are good, phone cases charges, wires, stationary, house cleaning supplies drinks and edibles can be found here.nFree parking facility is there.
I came into this store today to look for a few items. As soon as I walked in the employees were unfriendly. The store had signs up that stated Christmas clearance 50% off. So I asked the two employees if this was for all Christmas items and they both verified that it was for “all items half off” in their very words.nnThen another lady came to the area and was observing me shop. I could also hear them talking about me and what I was buying. After filling a basket and carefully choosing what I wanted the third lady approached me and very rudely says that these items are not 50% off so you can’t buy all of them.nnI explained that the signs were up that said clearance 50% off and the two employees verified this price. She then told me no you can leave the store. So I put the basket and items down and she then asked me why I was leaving them there and why I was mad.nnWell for starters lady who I am assuming is the manager. Learn some customer service skills and have some tact when talking to people. I didn’t need you telling the whole store that what I was buying was not on sale and then telling me to leave your store. Of course I’m gonna put the items down and leave them there after being treated that way.nnI will not be back to this store. The employees were rude and the store is dirty. By the way I can see you watching me and pointing from the window as I am writing this feedback comment.nnWhat a horrible experience.
