Horrible company to work for. Management. Is disorganized and short fused. Equiptment breaking down constantly. Mills out dated and should be condemned.  Only one shift going with skeleton crew. Very sad. Used to be 1200 mill workers now 20 think mill will eventually close permanent safety is non existent
