"Doc" Lock Inc.

My review comes after years of dealing with this company for our business' services. Dealing with DocLock was always a chore, in that we had to follow-up again and again. Numerous times the tech didn't even show up. We've taken our services elsewhere. I would not recommend DocLock.

Incredible service and great information while creating a second motorcycle key for me for a bike I picked up minutes before walking in and created the spare on the spot. The fellow explained and showed the cut process and how the keys work with to be unique. Incredibly friendly and did me a massive favour creating the key on the spot as I'm an hour away from the dealership which was just up the road.

Excellent customer service! Owner is also a tech and usually on site. Staff is excellent. Good products good customer service.

Went to the store with a very specific request. They were able to fulfill it without any issues. They work on the trust system; a rarity in today's world. Fantastic customer service.

These guys are legends. I was supper happy to do business with them and even though they're pretty out of the way for me now that I've moved they'll keep my eventual future business.
