Be careful with this company. I was quoted $35 at the door to pick a lock after leaving my keys at work. When the technician got here he couldn't get the pins unstuck so told me it would be $80 ( as he now had to drill the lock and replace it). I reluctantly agreed. Only after he drilled through the lock did he tell me it would be another $120 for the actual lock mechanism. Total price was $285 by the time everything was done. Make sure to fully understand your quote before having anything done. I should have read the other reviews before contacting them as it seems I'm not the only one who has had this experience. Not happy.

Same horrible experience as others who have posted a review. Quoted a price on phone of $15 to come out and $35 to unlock doorknob lock and get me back into my house. I was told the cost for a basic lock was $40 if I wanted to replace it. Guy shows up in an unmarked van and tells me he can't pick the lock because it was an older lock so he will need to drill into the knob lock which would cost an extra $40. Then I would need to replace the lock which costed $65 (not $40 that was quoted) plus another $60 to install it. I told him I felt like I was getting double-charged for the replacement of the door knob, not to mention it was far from the quoted price. He then said he would do it for $150 total. I felt I was getting swindled so I called the manager. I was a bit surprised to find that he was also extremely unprofessional and got angry on the phone asking me if I thought the price was too high for me to afford. Then he dared me to call another company to see if they'd come out now that it was close to 8pm. After I hung up, the technician got angry and accused me of making him look bad to his manager. He then pleaded to let him do the job. I told him I was going to call another company as both he and his boss dared me to do. He then packed up his things and bolted. In the end, my neighbours came and drilled into the lock and I cancelled the other company who was more than willing to come out that evening. It took all of 30 seconds to drill and I didn't have to replace the knob at all, since I had a second lock. They tried to take advantage of my situation and got angry when I called them on it. Glad I didn't get suckered in. If you get locked out like I did, just drill it and replace it yourself. It's a lot easier than it seems and saves you a lot of hassle and money. If anything, don't call this company. They are dishonest and treat their customers like crap.

Great experience! David was here in 20 mins at 700 pm and had the truck open in under 5 mins. Great service and he is obviously well versed in his trade. When I called they were kind and to the point and couldn't ask for anything more. Would be 5 stars if the price was lower but that's what I get for locking my keys in the vehicle after dinner time. Would use this service again and will recommend to others.

Total rip off. Completely over charged my son last night. Poor kid stuck on the side of the rd., charged him $170 to open his door to retrieve his keys. Unbelievable. What a bunch of crooks. Also, started a fight with my husband on the phone when he called to question their ethics. Stay away from this business. Read the reviews. Save your money.

Similar experience with the cost increasing. I called around this morning for ballpark pricing before asking them to come and the lady on the phone said $25 to come out for the call and then $35 or more depending on how long it takes. Guy shows up and says $45 for the call and $90 to drill out my door. I do not think he was too happy that I had purchased a new keypad lock to install on my own. I then informed him I was told $25 for the service call and if I knew he wanted to charge me $90 to drill out my lock I would have waited and drilled it out myself with a borrowed drill. He then starts cursing and says fine I will do it all for $100 cash and proceeds to drill out my door knob in under two minutes. Then says for another $50 I will install the door knob. Get bent! Shady shady company that takes advantage. $75 for two minutes of time when I was told $35. And yes I know you record your phone calls and I am glad you do so you can hear exactly what I was told. And do not feed me the line about covering cost. That is what the service call fee is for. I just got scammed. Honestly people. Borrow a drill and do it yourself then install a new door knob for way less than these guys will soak you for.
