Rude and unprofessional staff. The store is located in a shopping mall and I was walking around with my girls and we decided to go in to see if they have anything for bridesmaids. They didnt make us feel welcome since the moment we walked in and we felt like they were kicking us out by saying we don't have an appointment. It's not the first time I go to this store and I have bought 3 dresses from them in the past. The owner never told me I need and appointment. They were just so rude! At first we all stayed quiet, but we all felt they just wanted us to leave by throwing comments at us. I got fed up and upset and told them ok we will leave, to bad so sad you are losing 6 potential buyers. One of the lady replied "well you can atleast say thank you for the 1.5 hours we spent with you" which was a lie we where there for about 45 min. This is not how you treat customers, they might be busy but there is a way to say it without making your customers feel like they are not welcome and atleast try to provide a good customer service. If they want to run their business only by appointment don't open ur store in a shopping mall where you can't stop people from coming in .... One thing I know none of us is ever going back there. We did two other store right after such as La creme de la crème & Multi Chic and they actually cared about receiving us. They didn't only lose 6 potential buyers but 250 people who will be attending this wedding which I will make sure they all know how rude the staff was.

It was the first place I went and I found my dress. They have so many styles and colours to chose from. And the people were very nice.

Unique selection of fancy dresses. Great service ! I got a lot of good comments on every dress I bought here got at least 5. My friends who came to this store also were satisfied with their purchase dress/jewelry/purse. I recommend this place.
