Just WOW. All I needed a few cables for my home theater setup, the price on the cables were almost half price of what anyone else had them for, I was even able to pick myself up a new full motion wall mount for far cheaper than any retail store

These people suck, they sold me something that does not do what I asked for, when I went back they told me that it was the correct piece of equipment, even though the tech support at the manufacturer explained to that it would not do what I wanted. The customer support at RTC cannot be bothered to answer my e-mail about the issue. RTC will not exchange the item for the correct one and just ignore me. they not knowledgeable on what they sell, and do not support what they sell, and they don't give a damn once they sell it. This is the worst store that I have ever shopped in. If you expect to get good support forget it.

RTC Electronics has the best quality and reasonable price for all electronics accessories and the staff are really professional and friendly. I appreciate their professionalism and great customer service.

It’s OK has if you call security system cameras and everything and speakers and wiring
