Staff are so lovely and amazing hair cut and colour and staff so polite
Kate cut my hair for the first time and did a great job love it. I have been going to Diverse for a long time and always left happy thanks girls.
Spent £90 to have my hair decision criticised, my hair brutalised by hairbrushes until I cried only to be told that it was my fault for having long and thick hair instead of short hair, and the colour didn't even come out the way I asked despite my hair being bleached, all because they covered the hair dye in a much darker black. My head has also been itching non-stop since, and the hair dye is disappearing fast after only 2 hair washed. Despite knowing that I'm a smaller than average person, there was nothing put in place to help prevent dyed water running down my back when washing the dye out, meaning I now have stains on my back. The image is the outcome vs the requested colour. They did offer a touch up after a complaint which is nice on their part, but I don't want to go through that pain again.
Great value, they always do a brilliant job and the ladies are all very friendly. Highly recommended!
