Horrific experience. Not greeted at the door for several minutes and staff just looked at me. Arrived on time to my appointment for a facial with the owner. I waited 30 minutes in a dirty waiting room with a laundry basket of towels and dirty dishes with plates of half eaten food. When I was finally brought into the treatment room I was made to wait another 15 minutes. When the owner finally returned she told me she preferred I came in tomorrow because they've been busy.. made me feel like I, as a customer with an appointment for a service at her business, was being a nuisance. No warmth, no welcome. She told me she'd be back, and after laying there for yet another 15 minutes I decided to leave and found her doing someone else's henna brows. Even though I had been waiting ONE FULL HOUR for my appointment. This is how the owner treats customers? Then as I was leaving she had the audacity if I wanted to come back tomorrow. Don't go here. Ironically, I came in for a relaxing facial. Instead, I was ignored, my time was wasted and I left frustrated.

Not professionals at all. I have booked the appointments twice and end up canceling it. Like if you dont have appointments say so. Learn time management first and then run your business

It was my first experience here and was nervous too becoz i m mainly concerned abut my hair and eyebrows but thank to girl who utilized her time on me and doing her work patiently without any hurry i love my hair cut my eyebrows too

Sweeti is great ! I have been going for years to see her for my Brazilian . She's quick and does a great job. Prices are great too !

If you have too much money to waste go there these people don’t know anything about a barber i had been there yesterday for a haircut and beard it was soo bad i had to go to the other salon to fix it out? Worst experience of my life. Will not go there again whatever the situation is

sorry brother, but hair cut and beard cant be done in less than twenty minutes which you did today. Didn’t use the razor blade on beard to finishing and trimming atleast you can do that by your own. I have to do it later by myself in home . In Hair cut, fade is not matched and lines are not symmetrical. posting this also becuase bad reviews were given by my alot of frnds on my hair cut and beard and I felt myself at first place. nothing personal just professional.

Very bad service. If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel unwelcome and unvalued but asks you to tip for the service this is the place to go. If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel like your hard earned money was worth spending, don’t go anywhere near this place

Got a roots hair colour and liked it. Didn't have to wait. Will go back.

Went there just for the beard trim. Barber's r super nice and the place is chill. Also cheaper than usual
