Nails 2000

Nice people at nails 2000. I have been going to this place for over 20 years They were on main Street in the 90's and 2000's. They can do any design you show them. Good prices as well. They just take a long time compared to other shops. Their pedis are one of the best in the city though!

Great experiences with the staff, who are always nice. I never have to wait very long for service and I always leave satisfied. Techs always use clean tools and have disposable liners on the tubs. I have shown the techs some pretty intricate linework when I get a full set done and they have always been up for the challenge. I did have a nail lift off within the first week of having them the last time I had nails but I would definitely give this place the benefit of the doubt. Great place !Services: Pedicure

I made an appointment for my niece and I to get a manicure here weeks in advance. Appointment time was 11 am. We were there a few minutes early and the open sign was not yet on so we waited but then noticed two women were already inside getting pedicures. Went in and mentioned we had an appointment. Told to pick out colours and then we sat and waited. After awhile I went over to where the two staff were doing pedicures and asked how long it would be and mentioned again that we had an appointment. We were told it would be awhile still and that those women "showed up first" so they were being treated first. I echoed again that we had an appointment but the staff member didn't seem to care and told us to wait. We left and went to another place where we were seen immediately. In extremely disappointed that I booked well in advance and that was ignored and they accepted people without appointments before they even opened. The open sign was still not lit up when we left.

Always great service, friendliest staff. Does an awesome job. Always leave here happy and satisfied. I always get compliments on my nails.

DO NOT GO TO NAILS 2000. I had the worst first experience and they were rude to me and continue to be rude on Facebook to me. I went in to get a fill ... cost me 68 bucks when she did the design on my ring fingers they were all bumpy and all smeared and not well done and so was the middle finger design.. she didn't wait for the white to dry so It all smeared... I contacted them and compalin3d as these were an early birthday present and I was super excited about them... when I went in I sat and wqiting for 30 mins with out even being acknowledged... she didn't let me choose my own colors and rushed my nails so she could move on to the next lady , she told me that she doesn't care if I make a post or anything which I think is terrible... my experience was horrible I was treated rudly and she did not take her time .Service: Acrylic nails

Popped in for a pedicure, they took me in with no appointment. Awesome shellac service. Love this place

I never read or write reviews on business ever but I have been fighting this one for 2 months so I finally decided to come here and tell my experience it might save one person from going through what I went through, the day of the service was the most stressful manicure and pedicure time I ever experienced because the the staff was rushing and she used nail drill to remove my shellac polish she was soo rough to a point my nail body burned me I have to stop her a couple times before she finally changed the drill to a smaller one but still countued to be rough, long story short very painful experience and since then I have been suffering from thin, chipped,cracked and painful finger nails definitely never again spot for me.Services: Pedicure

They pedicure was simple HORRIBLE. She was in such a hurry that did an extremely poor job. Didn’t even ask which one of the three pedicures they offer and then charged me the most expensive what I didn’t get I’ve been coming here for over 10 years! Since they last change owners… it’s a disaster!!! Time to look for a new place… DO NOT COME!Services: Waxing

I decided to try this nail salon for the first time this past Tuesday. I had never been and this salon was only 2 minutes from my home, so I thought, why not! I shouldn’t have strayed from my usual salon. The fellow at reception was playing games on his phone with headphones in when I got there, though was very prompt with filling the water basin I was getting a pedicure and an acrylic fill on my nails. The lady doing my toes did not fix the snag I had on my nail I had broken my toenail recently hence the pedicure. For my acrylics, not once did the lady doing them ask me what shape I wanted. She and the lady doing my nails spoke amongst themselves for the most part, which is fine, but she never asked me what I wanted which I thought was bizarre. I did say I wanted them a little bit shorter, which she did, but only on one hand. None of my nails are uniform in length, which is very disappointing as I paid $86 for all the services done for me. I did not realize until I left the salon that my nails were all uneven in length and each hand is about 1-2mm different from eachother. I have never had this before. She never even checked them all to make sure they were okay, nor did she ask me if I was satisfied. She just did them and sent me on my way. While getting my nails done, at least 3/4 of the ladies were on their phones, whether it wa splaying games or texting. The salon was quite empty and really no one was doing anything. When I first entered I thought it was a nice, modern, clean salon, but it was very messy. Stuff was really everywhere, and no one was really doing anything about it which led me to believe that this is how it always is. I went to this salon thinking it could be my new place to go, hoping to become a regular customer. I will never recommend this salon to anyone.
