La Senza Girl

I use to love shopping here. I have spent so much money here but now the quality is so bad I have thrown away so much underwear and had bras break within less then a month I'm so Disappointed. I'm not buying from here anymore. It's a complete waste of money!!!

The manager was super helpful at this location, she was basically setting a standard that all retail employees should aspire to with her level of professionalism, her polite and friendly nature. Yet the whole time it felt as if she was focused on customer satisfaction, rather than sales. Hence the 5 out of 5.

Had a great experience shopping here. Michelle was a great help, very patient and friendly, didn't hassle me, and helped me find what I came in for plus more. Will come back to this location again because of that.

Pretty good selection and deals on bras and panties. Helpful and friendly staff.

WORST COSTOMER SERVICE! DONT GO HERE! The girls working here were snobby, rude and pushy. Trying to get me to the till as soon as I picked up something to try on. Wouldn't stop asking me questions when I'm trying things on. I felt harassed. They made me uncomfortable and I couldn't leave fast enough.

The ladies were so helpful and made my experience stress free.

Jennifer was an amazing help. Made sure I got everything I needed and was friendly the whole time. She is the purest form of customer service. I will be back!
