We were greeted by Lance who was dressed up in Disney costume. He was very helpful. He asked us a few questions to get an idea of what we were looking for, and then guided us to some options. Bang on!!!! He knows the store well. Line moved quickly at cash registers. Store is very well laid out with lots of stock/sizes. Even the latest Star Wars, Frozen merchandise on hand. Well done Disney.
Cast members were fantastic and informative, kept the lines moving , and were very cheerful. I always love visiting the Disney store when I'm missing Disney world.
Always a great experience shopping at the Disney store! I love that they refer to customers as guests, little girls are all called princess, they want your autograph, and they wish you a magical day! Their daily store opening is an experience too and they give the person helping to open the store a keepsake Disney key
Great customer service, clean store and good enough selection. A bit on the expensive side, but that's a Disney thing. They had great deals going on. Store is clean and easy to navigate through.
I have a love/hate relationship with this store. I want to buy everything, and I know I'm not buying it for my son. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, some areas are hard to navigate with a stroller.
The products themselves were good quality and never missing. The employees were quite warm and welcoming. The only flaw I would give this place would be the prices. They aren't all directly written on the product and are a bit confusing. My friend had to go choose something else since she had seen the wrong price and had a budget. But overall a nice place to shop for Disney lovers like me : I will definitely go back soon
Disney was a visionary but the capitalist view of this store and not enough poc characters. Great for kids but make it affordable for the kids who don't have much money. Nothing to review about the employees they were really nice. Just hate Disney sometimes. But they did bring back star wars and Simpsons
Store was not as magical as I thought, it's missing a lot of stock. I guess they want to capitalize on Star Wars or Marvel. I don't know I feel like the other Disney stores were way better, or at least convinced me to spend money. Lol. There was nothing really unique or cool in this Disney store, not overtly cutey stuff, or maybe I couldn't find anything. Hopefully things will change in the future.
Amazing quality products, the authenticity of my daughter's "Princess Anna" costume was amazing. Beautiful detailing and craftsmanship. She loved it, and it fit beautifully. Staff was extremely helpful, price was great, and even when i had to return the matching boots sans receipt they happily took them back and offered me store credit. Can't wait to use it!! :-
It was our daughters first visit. Boy did they make it special. A certificate and shout out with big cheers. We were able to find her dress and some other great items for her upcoming birthday. The staff is out of this world knowledgeable and I can't wait to go back.
