Great service. Fast shipping. I have never been instore but they seem like great people. Included a nice note to go with my handlebars I ordered. Look forward to stopping into the shop next time I am in Toronto.
Purchased a couple of things as birthday gift. The order was processed quickly, shipped quickly, and the order was complete. Very impressed with the customer service and numerous "check-ins" from Dismount. The purchase experience was excellent. Hopefully the warmer weather will be here soon enough and the products will be as excellent as the customer service experience.

I haven't yet tried the bike services but there are tons of supplies in shop! The staff is very nice and all very covid safe with masks and everything. The coffee is really good and I'm glad to know and have this as a local coffee shop! In addition to the fact that they are also a bike shop!
Discovered this store via the Bikepacking collective. Great range of bikes and gear, not just the usual stuff that you see at most bike shops. My order was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Look forward to ordering again.
My only experience is ordering a tool online but the overall process, delivery, and special touches inside the package made for a very memorable and positive experience shopping from the Dismount Bike Shop. Their kind note thanking me for the order and their excitement for the tool was wonderful. I very much recommend ordering from them.
Dismount had an amazing price on the bike I was looking for. When I came to pick it up, everything was ready to go! They answered all my questions I had about my new ride. I would definitely recommend them to people if they're looking for a new bike.
Very friendly staff and nice product selection, and coffee too! walk in for a coffee break or any of your bike needs, you won't be disappointed. I am happy with the tune ups, coffee and products I've purchased here.

Incredibly fast ordering and shipping! No need to review the product because I have used these same tires before. Just make sure to use the recommended sealant by RH or something similar.
