You reserve a car there and when you go to pick it up they forgot to reserve and you have no car...wow  awesome service.

Went with my 84 year old mother, when she asked for the contract in English imagine! Alex behind the counter said Discount does not have ENGLISH contracts!! I suggested that he lol on the website
