Discount Location d'autos et camions

My husband and I rented a car at this agency on November 10th 2017. After we had PAID IN FULL $1,845.57 I asked the agent about making sure that we had a paper contract because we were going to be traveling to the USA and sometimes the rental agencies have you sign an ipad and send you a contract by email. I was informed that Discount car rental would not authorize travel to the USA and therefore I cancelled the car rental. I was then told by the agent that they could not reimburse me for the debit card transaction immediately but that they would mail me my refund in ten days. Since I had not received my reimbursement after 10 days I went back to Discount and was told that it could take up to another 10 days. IT IS NOW DECEMBER 7TH AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REIMBURSEMENT!!!!! I have since been reimbursed by other businesses with my debit card so apparently Discount is not "qualified" enough for a simple manipulation with their credit card machine! NOT A TRUSTWORTHY AGENCY!!!

The staff is sooo nice but last time I went, it was smelling Glad deodorizer so much I lost my olfactif sense for a good 4 hours after passing by.

The service was excellent. However they don't have a nighttime drop, which doesn't allow you to return a vehicle after closing time.

Très mauvais service. Prendre la peine de réserver un camion pour déménager deux semaines avant et se faire dire le matin du déménagement qu'il n'y a pas de camion pour moi et qu'ils avaient essayer de me contacter la veille mais que le numéro de téléphone n'était pas bon parce-que la personne qui l'a mis dans l'ordinateur avait fait une erreur et pour me faire dire qu'il fallait que je prenne un camion plus gros sans compensation. C'est réellement pas fort. Je ne recommande a personne d'aller faire affaire a cet endroit.
