Been to many auto shops to get quotes, but this was the only place who told me I don’t need to replace the door with affordable price. They did the amazing job and even cleaned the interior and the exterior. The staff is very kind and helpful. Will recommend to my friends for sure!

I went to Direct Repair to get my rear drivers door repaired/painted after someone backed into it.   As soon as I got my quote here done by Saif and his colleague I was set on coming here because of the positive attitude and just general politeness/helpfulness.  After meeting Dougie and speaking to him it was clear to me that this repair shop puts a lot of emphasis into providing good service and quality work for their customers.  And they absolutely did !!  They absolutely followed through and I must say they did a super job on my car!  When they returned the car to me it was sparkling clean and even though I went back for a minor correction to my door they were very welcoming and gave me back my car door buffed and the car sparkling clean again.   I definitely recommend this body shop, and I will go back for any other body work on my cars. Couldn’t be happier. I had some back bumper damage and got a quote from direct repair significantly lower than other shops. The work was done very well, sooner than expected and at quote. They even gave the car a complimentary wash and cleaned out the front seats no small task. Communication was great and overall was a positive experience. I googled for auto body repair near me and chose the place for its good reviews. I am absolutely happy and glad I chose them. They are quick, fair priced, friendly, customer centric and the very best in the business.  They gave me an upfront detailed quote and timeline immediately after checking the car and stuck to it till the very end of taking the car for delivery. I didn't have to follow-up even once to get the job done on time. They also gave my car a complimentary wash/detail both exterior and interior which was quiet amazing and can bring a smile on any car enthusiasts face. I am very pleased by the work done by Direct Repair. My Honda Accord was in a serious crash with extensive front end damage. Direct Repair was very clear on what work they could do and the timeline.
