I m glad that I went to Mr. Lube for new tyre. I am very thankful to Yash, I got best deal compared to other top in store and online providers. They gave me best and friendly service and also got coupons for next time oil change. I highly recommend my friends to visit them for service.

Changed my tires real quick! Got what I wanted and how I wanted it. Good guys working there, respectful and nice. No appointment needed which is awesome. Thank you for your service.

I know some people have their qualms about mechanics from dealers or chains, but I like this location. Never had any issues. Usually, just come for an oil change and tire change, and they are honest, good people. Never felt like I'm getting a charge for something I don't need or getting overcharged. This location is super pushy and always tries to upsell everything. They argued with me about the times I have come here. I will not be coming back to this location. It is super frustrating to come here for an oil change because it’s on my way to work and be told I need all of these new things upwards of $200-$300. It seems every single time many things need replacing, and my regular mechanic doesn’t tell me those things need replacing. The manager or supervisor came over and tried to talk to me after I voiced my concerns - at that point it is a little too late to make it better just by being nice. Other locations I’m never told I need all these things every time, just this one.

Went in for an oil change. They talked so fast and kept asking me if I wanted all kinds of other services done. I couldn’t really understand if they were necessary or not. When I came home I realized they charged me $460 when I went in just for an oil change. I think they purposefully talk fast and confuse you to upsell and make money. If I go back I’m looking up the exact price of an oil change and say I only have that amount of money to spend.

I had a leak in the tire that end up just to be a valve adjustment. The staff is very polite and courteous. Even after removing the tire to check for potential leaks they did not charge anything for the fix, which is amazing and unheard these days.Service: Tires

I recently visited this location of Mr. Lube and i was in contact with one of their employee named Akal. The guy was responsible for ensuring the oil change of my car and he was exceptional in his services. The services provided was highly professional as per the standards and would recommend everyone to visit for their regular servicing needs.

Don't bring an electric vehicle here. I was there before they opened and was the first customer to arrive but they wouldn't do my off-rim tire change. They told me to park to the side as they let other cars come in and told me I'd have to wait 6 hours to pick up my car. The worst part is they said I could be in an out within 30 minutes if I were to buy new tires from them. Thought it was first come first serve and no appointments. I get it's a business and they won't make as much money without the upsells for gas cars but still scummy behavior from them. Complete waste of my time

This location will try to use scare tactics for unnecessary service. Each of the 3 times I’ve visited for a simple tire change I’ve been given 3 other things that were supposedly wrong with my vehicle - none of which were present when checked by another mechanic. “Just the tire change today, please” isn’t enough to end the conversation, prepare to given multiple reasons why you need to drop another $100 before they begrudgingly accept a no. The final time I visited, the attendant forgot to reinstall a hub cap. People are allowed to make mistakes but after being greeted with a sigh upon returning and leaving with no apology for the mistake or inconvenience, that will be the last time I visit. Terrible customer service, I would recommend looking elsewhere for tire swaps.
