Sammy's Service Centres

As a long-time customer of Sammy’s, I was sad to see the service center move to Agincourt. Not sure I’d be able to get out there, I decided to give them a call regardless. What a fantastic surprise—they picked up my car, serviced it, AND washed it! “Mr. Sam”, as the guys call him, has always proven a pleasant, kind, and accommodating gent. Prices have been at all times reasonable. If you’re looking for an awesome car servicing center with excellent customer service, Sammy’s is the place to go.

Read some of the reviews and to be honest I was surprised. I have been coming here for a little over two years now. Admittedly I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to automobiles, but I have always found the pricing to be fair and the staff helpful. I think they are fast, conveniently located, and turn my vehicle around very quickly. I have had no problems with the work performed. I recommend them highly.

A+. My wife and I bought a car nearby and brought it in on short notice for tire installation and balancing. We dealt with Raj, who was nothing short of professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our car was in and out quickly with the work done properly, and certainly the cheapest tire work I've ever had done in any shop. Nice, clean garage with plenty of parking too. These guys do great work. Everything done while we had a beer next door. Not sure why others gave 1 star, certainly there is no way to get a car in this shop except over the sidewalk but I would highly recommend these guys, especially if you're in a pinch.

I have been taking my car to Sammy's for almost two years now and they are always reliable. They always commit to having the job done within a day or two and they provide a thorough analysis of everything that needs to be looked after immediately or something to watch out for in the short-term. The receipt comes with a very detailed breakdown of the parts and labour so that you know exactly what you're spending your money on. I never feel like I'm being swindled at Sammy's!

My daughter had a flat tire on her Prius on a Saturday at 5:50 and took the car in; Sammy's fixed the tire and she was able to use the car to get to much needed destinations on the week-end. Sammy's sure saved the day and we are very very grateful. Sammy's serviced our cars for over a decade and we are very happy with all the help provided. My son had his car completely overhauled and a very special service was needed and performed very well. We could not be happier with the standard of care. Thank you, Sammy. Quality is not easy to find. consistent quality is very difficult to provide. We would highly recommend Sammy's to any car owner in need of quality service, repair or maintenance. Or putting a horn into a car that sounds like a cow ;-

Spent over 2 grand here and they left my car with a pulsing front right tire. They took no responsibility and when the owner of the auto shop realized that I had come to that conclusion he tried to physically intimidate me by walking around the counter to stand over me while I was sitting with a fist held out. Yes this is the OWNER of the auto shop, a 70 year old man. If it wasn't for his frail stature I would have been terrified. No place for this type of disgusting behavior in society. If you want to be treated humanely, avoid at all costs.

My experience with Sammy and his lads has been very pleasant and I feel very comfortable recommending this automotive service facility to others based on my personal experience going back over a dozen years. I'm going to copy and paste two reviews that I have posted elsewhere - there is no plagiarism - I am the author! Here goes: Here is my most recent review I've been back to Sammy's about half a dozen times since I wrote my previous review. On each and every occasion, I was treated politely and fairly, the work was done promptly and professionally, and the bill was reasonable - usually close to what I had estimated it to be in my head before going. Sammy himself is a gentleman and Jim and Raj at the front desk are helpful and knowledgeable. I have no reservation whatsoever in recommending Sammy's Service Centre to anyone. Here was a previous review Over the past decade, I've had to use Sammy's on about half a dozen occasions. Each time I was treated courteously and efficiently, the work was done on time, well and reasonably priced. It is important to note that my vehicles are "orphans" 80s vintage Peugeot 505s, and some garages simply refuse to work on them. Sammy's never turns me away, which is a source of great comfort in those rare times of need, as is the fact that his Yonge & just south of Eglinton location is extremely convenient - and mercifully close to a TTC station. Over several years, I've been witness to and the beneficiary of several acts of great integrity and unselfishness on the part of Sam and his crew. In one case, a customer overpaid in cash and Sam's lads returned the money instantly. I personally have had my vehicle diagnosed at no charge pending my supplying of specialized parts. All in all, Sammy's provides a great automotive service and I have no hesitation in giving them a well-deserved five star rating

I was referred by a longtime client, and your team was as helpful as recommended. Good clear advice. Final price exactly as quoted. No surprises. Car ready ahead of expectations. Arbi was particularly helpful - very knowledgeable on the car, clinical on what needed to be done to get the car ready for trade-in, and fair with both pricing and timing promises. He made what had been a challenging situation with a dealer, easy - makes me wonder why anyone would want to go anywhere else!

I have been getting my cars serviced here for many years and have always found the work to be first-rate and the service to be excellent. In fact it has actually improved over the years. The staff are knowledgeable, polite and make it easy to do business with this garage.

One of the worst auto experiences I have had in recently memory. As unprofessional and discourteous as it gets. These guys are stuck in a time where they feel they are doing you a favour by accepting your business. The guy I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with requires a serious attitude adjustment. Stay away unless your only motivation is convenience.
