One of the best place to dine if you like authentic chinese foods. They serve delicious and super tasty lunch combo meals. The price is just right but serving is smaller and you need a second course of order in my opinion. They have a large selection of dishes to choose from. Service was great and their washroom is well maintained. The dimly lit ambience is very good for a romantic setting. I love it here.
This is by far my favourite Shanghai restaurant in Vancouver! The food was authentic and delicious. I highly recommend their bifengtang chicken wings, eggplants with tofu and veggies pot, lamb meats on iron skillet, and seitan veggie pot. Especially the chicken wing was a die for dish as the chicken was cooked crispy and coated with bread crumbles on the outside which gives it an extra kick when you bite on it. The owner was also nice and consistent with their food quality. 10/10 restaurant in my opinion :
Unfortunately food was quite bland, the service was okay, but I was the only customer the whole time, so that is a no call. I ordered a seafood soup to go for when I finished my lunch, my wife does not eat meat or chicken. I made that very plain and was assured there wasn't any of either in the soup. I heated up the soup when my wife got home from a hard day, immediately she is getting pieces of chicken. So $16. plus tax and tip for a dinner she couldn't eat. You tell me, I know I can't go back after that. If I have the 55,000 local followers I'm told I do, I'm sure this will sting Parking: About 6 spots serving 7 businesses. Wheelchair accessibility: It's on one level, but it would be a tight squeeze.
We ordered take out for the first time tonight from this restaurant and it was delicious. The ginger beef and sweet and sour pork were really fresh. We will definitely order again!
Small little shop that has some of the most authentic Chinese food especially the spicy choices. They are family owned/operated small restaurant, sometimes it takes a bit of wait but the friendly owner or server will always notify customers about that. Delicious food that are made fresh takes time and the wait is definitely worthy.
Always got the best service here! Food always taste very good. And the owner always remembers every single customer. If you want to try some authentic Chinese food with great service, you should try it here
The lemon chicken and the fried rice I ordered were ok, but the ginger beef and the deep fried shrimp were not good. The shrimp batter was still pretty much liquid except for the outside and inedible. The ginger beef had many chunks of beef that you could not chew through. On top of this, it’s the most expensive Chinese I’ve had in White Rock. Would not recommend.
My favourite place for comforting Asian dishes! This family owned restaurant is one of my personal favourites here in White Rock. I have been coming here for years now with my family and they never disappoint. The owner is super friendly and adorable, it's always nice to see her I especially love coming here with my family when I'm back from university during the summer or winter. She remembers us too and always thoughtful to ask how we've been and how the school year was. The feeling of having a meal here is the feeling you get when you're having a meal at your grandma's or a big family gathering. It's cozy and comfortable and the food reminds you of home. Pre-covid it was fabulous, and now during covid, my family has been getting takeout from this place and it's not any less delicious. The service is excellent! Would definitely recommend
#FOODPOISONING. The worst Chinese food I have ever had. The meat in the potstickers was ROTTEN!!! We are going to return the leftovers to the restaurant in a garbage bag!!! Should be reported to Food Health and Safety.
This restaurant clearly cares about their customers and their reputation. Uber eats took 2 hours to deliver their food after it was cooked, but the owner contacted me to let me know that they prepared it in a reasonable time and that they were concerned for me. The re-heated food was great, and the care from the owner showed heart.
