Dina's Touch

Dina is one of the most talanted and knowledgeable artists I have ever met. She has been threading my eyebrows for years and I don't let anyone else except her touch them. You wont be disappointed!

Dina thank you for helping me like what i see in the mirror even more. Your work is like that of an artist... I was hesitant about getting my lips with permanent color, but you were right....it looks as good as it feels:)

Last fall, I saw Dina for eyebrow permanent make-up. I had a consultation before saying exactly what I wanted and showed pictures for colour. Dina said it would be painless. Well it wasn't! She didn't believe that I wasn't frozen, but finally applied more cream to anaesthetize the area. No matter what I said, she told me "Don't worry". Not once did she address my concerns. I should have known then to leave!! Once the colour was on, she asked for my comments. I told her it was TOO DARK and she said "Don't worry, it will fade. It won't be this dark when it's done". She was wrong. The results made me look like a caricature with dark eyebrows. (I'm blond). I went back and she told me NOT TO WORRY, it would lighten. I had to go to MAC and get 3 different makeups, (concealer, shadow and brow gel) in order to make my brows OK. And I have to put this all on EVERY day. Now 8 months later, the colour is finally fading. I showed my brows to another professional who said the colour was too "cool" and dark for my complexion, the border too thick and the line unnatural. Luckily, she can fix this mess. If you are going to use her, DO NOT leave the brow decision to Dina. Make it VERY CLEAR what you want and make sure she agrees. But even then, you won't get a great result. I had my brows done in another country once before and they were amazing. So, clearly it was her lack of skill and judgement that caused my problem. I'd suggest you find someone else!
