This review is about Hamid. If you like your hair make sure read this review before you book your appointment. Baisicly this place is super awful. The reception and Hamid who is working there were very rude. I've never seen my wife this sad. She had to change her hair color three times and still is not even close to what she requested. Her hair is badly damaged because of him, hamid. If you like your hair, trust me, dont go there.

I am blown away by the work of Jodi. My hair has never looked so beautiful. It was my first time getting balayage - it is absolutely gorgeous - Ask for Jodi! She is a miracle worker!!!

SYLVIA THE MANAGER IS DISRESPECTFUL + OUTDATED PRACTICES FURIOUS WITH THIS SALON , NEGATIVES STARS. The outdated and very old Manager Sylvia colored my hair turning my blonde hair COMPLETELY BLUE i spent HOURS there, the manager and staff barely knew how to CORRECT it their knowledge,training, and style are from 40 YEARS AGO. After washing it out they stripped my hair of ALL color, body, volume and healthiness leaving my hair a DULL GREY BEIGE (NOT WHAT ANYONE WANTS). My Hair is colored Blonde and has been for a long time. I went to the Tonyc Salon to remove some brassiness. I was NOT happy at all Sylvia told me i have to pay $226 for the services that i did NOT want or LIKE, i disputed the charges and paid $180 the customer service was extremely poor. Based on the Salon and the Approach of Sylvia i can tell you the Salon is NOT a DIVERSE PLACE. I am not happy. This location at Promenade Mall Thornhill only has 2.3 stars. FIX IT! 100% Unsatisfied Customer, Staff and manager mkae errors and they all cover it up like its the customers fault. Tonyc Salon has Bad Reputation in Scarborough, Thornhill, Etobicoke, ...

Had high hopes for Lea Avrumov after viewing her instagram... $400 for STREAKY & ORANGE HAIR?? Absolutely nothing like I showed her? When returning to fix it she basically toned my hair back to brown. I spent $400 to damage my hair just to have the hair that I stated with?? They tried but...I could have gotten an actual balayage for half the payment. Her and her 10 assistants should learn what their doing. Hopes this helps them:)

Highly recommend Jaclyn for hair color, I wanted an ash balayage and she delivered it! It looked great ( blending is phenomenal & no orange / yellow in my hair :) ) and she's super nice.
