I like my BMW and the dealership in Calgary BUT you have installed a 'Virtual Assistant' to handle all service calls. It is not only useless but extremely frustrating! It has taken us 3 days to get in contact with a service department human being to answer a simple service question. I do not know which of the Dilawri family members approved the vitual assistant but if you could have him or her work for a competitor of yours it could do wonders for your business.

Really appreciate the exceptional service we received at Agincourt Mazda. We were treated with respect and professionalism. And we love our new car. Always a great experience with Dilawri dealerships.

I was in touch with Thornhill Audi and Barrie Audi for the purchase of a new car. Their staff were responsive, no-pressure, and fair. A great group of dealerships in a challenging industry who know how to provide excellent service to their customers.

Avoid Markham Honda.... I was also offered 2 free oil changes at any Dilawri dealer with purchase of my vehicle. However, 2 months later, they are not honouring it due to a "policy change", even though it was stated and signed for on the bill of sale.
