Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. End of term vehicle inspection was a breeze and agent was very efficient , knowledgeable and. Informative. Was sick and unable to deal with /visit the Volvo dealership so they were very kind by extending my lease until I got better. Would highly recommend CDLSI to anyone.
I've leased several vehicles and never had to interact with CDLSI until recently. I called in as I received a letter in the mail to submit my insurance info as they had not received info of that renewal. Having never received a similar letter in past years and with all the fraud schemes I merely called to ensure it was a legit request. The CS agent was very helpful, reassuring, provided the email to submit proof of insurance and within no time I reveived confirmation their records were updated. They were quick and efficient in a world where CS wait times have become annoyingly long
I was worried about rapidly approaching lease-off date but was discussing he new lease with a dealership. Person who received a call was totally kind and give me an exact info how not to worry about the extension, and process to do so. She was professional, patient and kind. Thank you.
CDLSI is completely a rip off. After being with this unreliable company for four years, there is NO sense of urgency, empathy, adhering to the customer and very poor customer service skills. Even when speaking to the "managers", they do not know how to problem solve or come to a resolution. Even I know better how to handle situations. This company has messed up big up with my contract 4 years ago and now when making a simple change, CDLSI states they can not do anything it is my problem. All the phone calls are recorded, there needs to be better coaching for these employees and the company needs to take onus for which ya'll messed up on a customers contract since day 1! I strongly suggest to everyone else, DO NOT waste your time and energy being with this company. Save yourself a major headache and find another company that knows how to take care of a customer. I won't be surprised when CDLSI gets run down to the ground.

My car was stolen while on lease with CDLSI and the insurance company was giving me hard time, and i must say that for a company who has no reason to fight for the client, fought for me! tthis leasing company is the most honest and transparent company i have ever come across. Fagna in the claims department is Phenominal. He provided me with guidance and support; in what was a very challenging time. I was so happy with the service they provided that i am only looking for a new car with dealerships that use CDLSI as their leasing agent!
A great big thank you to Fangna, who handled my file at Canadian Dealer Lease Services Inc this past fall. As unpleasant as it is to tend to the details of a car accident, Fangna was there to help me as much and as often as I needed. He was available, friendly, informative, patient, attentive and immediately acted on concerns with my insurance adjuster. I felt fully supported by Fangna as he worked to close the claim file. I had a great experience with the Canadian dealer leasing company. I personally had an issue with my lease where I had unintentionally imported my car without going through the proper channels. After multiple emails and calls, there client relations lead was able to go through the proper channels and sort out this Challenging and unique process. Initially I was a bit frustrated with the process retrospectively I have realized it just took time to go through the proper channels. They were respectful, and courteous. They Replied to me within a reasonable timeline and eventually Things were solved. I am satisfied with their service.
I didn't have to interact much with the company, but in the end of my lease I dealt with them twice and was always professional. They extended my lease by a week as I was moving towards a new vehicle. Clear, simple and explained the risks with late fees which I hadn't even thought about. They were proactive in letting me know these risks. It was appreciated!
Great experience with the company - especially Fagna Kone, who was the coordinator for my claim. He's been so patient with me, answering all of my questions had way more than a few lol, being extremely transparent about everything. Would defo recommend him!
