Great serivce i never wrote a reveiw .but the staff here really took the time to help me and my wife this is the only bank i go to becuase i know every time i go in their i will be taken care of .

I went and made a cash deposit and come to find out they deposited my cash into another woman's account. Even after giving my dcu member number and driver license to the teller and it's clear to see I am not a woman. At no time did the teller ask if I was making a deposit for someone else just took the money and said your all set... Called customer service and was told I would get a call back from the branch manager. It's now mid day and still no resolution or call back.. Very unprofessional..

Horrible customer service. Expect to wait a long time to talk to a person when you need one over the phone. Just today I was trying to make a payment on an auto loan, Karen answered the phone after I waited 10 minutes and told me I had dialed the wrong extension and said one second. She proceeds to put me back on hold for 20 minutes until someone else answered! I'll be taking all banking needs elsewhere in the future.
