They open at 7, but as it is first come first serve you should arrive early. I got there at 6:30 and was 3rd in line. I was finished and out by 7:20. The staff were all friendly and excellent to deal with. The young lady taking my blood did a wonderful job.

They all work hard and are pleasant, polite and caring.nGive them a little credit.

Fantastic place to get blood work done as it is a first come first serve facility NO appointment needed. They open at 7:00am so arrive early get in line and wait your turn they are fast and efficient when I go I arrive usually at 6:45 and there are always 5-10 people ahead of me however, by 7:30-8:00 I am finished and on my way staff are polite and friendly thank you to all who work here always a great experience see you again in another few months..for those of you that have a busy schedule and need to make an appointment may be you should call the hospital and get appointment there as they generally only do appointments…remember this is FIRST IN FIRST OUT place

The staff treated me so well this morning. I didn't wait more than ten minutes and I immediately told the nurse I'm prone to fainting, so she put me in a bigger, safer chair. She even used a butterfly needle so it would be a bit less stressful on my body. I felt great the entire time, it was super quick and I'm very happy.

I went mainly to get my vitamin D results... Had to wait for almost a month in the end only to get informed from Telus that they forgot to get my test done for Vitamin D.nSo irresponsible, never going there again..
