I have suffered from acne for as long as I can remember. However just recently it seemed to got worse and I couldn’t figure out why. I tried eating clean, using well researched products in my skincare routine, but still very little changes. This is when I decided to visit DermaEnvy, initially just for a free consultation. First impression was good, it was clean, very friendly staff Marie and a relaxing environment. What stood out to me about Marie was although she was making recommendations, I did not feel pressured to purchase any service or product. And this was a huge relief! As someone who is still pretty young, I cannot afford to buy high end products all the time. And I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushing me and saying that I “NEED” this product or that I “NEED” this service. Don’t get me wrong, I know that it is a business and that is how they make money, however considering I’m desperate for a solution to my acne, she did not take advantage of me by saying “this product will fix all your problems.” Etc… After the free consultation I decided to treat myself to an “Acne facial” and Marie was very considerate. As someone with sensitive skin, Marie made sure that it was not irritating and made sure I was comfortable. After the facial, I ended up purchasing a facial toner. And this one product changed everything. After only using the product for a couple weeks, so much has changed. And my closest friends and family noticed a difference too. Overall, I definitely would recommend DermaEnvy to someone.
I visited Derma Envy for sunspot removal on my face. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The technician assured me that my sunspots would scab over and fall off, but days later, they remained unchanged, and as pigmented as ever. I spent well over $200 for this service.nnUpon expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund, I was met with resistance. The staff member refused to provide a refund and instead offered another service, despite my insistence that I did not require any other type of treatments. Additionally, communication was frustrating as she preferred phone calls over emails and claimed to have returned my calls when she hadn't.nnWhat's even more disappointing is the revelation that Derma Envy lacks the best machines for sunspot removal, a fact conveniently disclosed only after my unsuccessful treatment. Had I known beforehand, I would have never chosen this establishment for such a procedure.nnMy experience at Derma Envy was characterized by ineffective treatment, poor communication, and a lack of transparency regarding their equipment. I cannot recommend this place for sunspot removal and their customer service is terrible in my opinion.
Vickie is amazing. She makes what isn't the best feeling experience diode hair removal is uncomfortable a good one, keeping you talking and feeling as comfortable as possible. Lazer has been life changing, I absolutely recommend it.

My experience at DermaEnvy Skincare was excellent. I always suffered from having excessive body hair and honestly, I thought it would never be solved, even after a laser hair removal treatment. Jackie Caldwell since my first appointment had a lot of patience to answer all my questions before and during my procedures. She is a wonderful person and professional, extremely knowledgeable, always takes a genuine interest in you and is very kind, considerate, and informative. Jackie goes above and beyond to meet her costumer’s needs. I purchase full legs laser hair removal and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results! You are in great hands coming here. 5 Stars and customers for life. Thanks, Jackie for a great overall experience and for what you do to help keep people looking their best!
